About the position

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making. You will develop reports, analyze key business metrics, and generate insights that influence both internal strategy and external customer-facing analytics. As part of the Analytics Product team, you will contribute to the design and shaping of strategic product decisions, ensuring that data is at the core of our decision-making process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business and product decisions.
  • Contribute to product design and strategy, leveraging data to shape and refine product offerings.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analytics.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a BI Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business and product insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or data-driven B2B2C companies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of user segmentation, A/B testing is beneficial.
  • Understanding of data governance and best practices in data integrity and compliance.
