AI-First Coding Evangelist

About the Role 

We are seeking an AI-First Coding Evangelist who thrives at the intersection of code, community, and creativity. In this role, you will champion the adoption of AI-powered coding practices across developer communities, enterprise clients, and internal teams. You’ll showcase how next-gen developer workflows — powered by LLMs, agents, and reflexive AI stacks — can reshape the way software is built, tested, and deployed. 

You’ll be both a technical expert and a storyteller, guiding others on building smarter, faster, and modular AI-driven software using our platforms, frameworks, and tools. 

Key Responsibilities 

● Champion AI-Led Development: Promote the use of agentic and AI-assisted coding models (e.g., Reflexive AI, copilots, LLM-integrated IDEs). 

● Build & Showcase Demos: Create high-impact demos, tutorials, and proof-of-concepts using AI-first developer tools and stacks. 

● Developer Advocacy: Engage with the dev community via meetups, webinars, forums, and social media to evangelize best practices. 

● Internal Enablement: Work with engineering teams to infuse AI-assisted development workflows in SDLC. 

● Content Creation: Write blogs, technical documentation, and playbooks that demystify AI-powered engineering workflows. 

● Feedback Loop: Collect developer insights to improve product and developer experience. 

● Prototype AI Dev Tools: Collaborate with product and engineering to co-create internal dev accelerators and agent tools. 

Required Skills and Experience 

● 4–8 years of software development experience with strong fundamentals in one or more programming languages (Python, JS/TS, Go, etc.) 

● Hands-on experience with AI tooling: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), LangChain, AutoGPT, or agentic frameworks. 

● Passion for developer experience, modular software architecture, and automation. ● Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to translate complex tech into simple, engaging narratives.

● Prior experience in developer relations, open-source contributions, or community-building is a plus. 

Nice to Have 

● Experience with VS Code extensions, custom IDE tooling, or AI plugin development. ● Exposure to SaaS product development or modular/“IKEA-style” code frameworks. ● Previous work with low-code or no-code platforms powered by AI.
