We’re looking for a Data Scientist to help maintain and enhance our marketing budget allocation tool (BAT)!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and

• Collaborate closely with paid marketing managers on BAT

• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets to provide BAT outputs regularly

• Take full ownership of end-to-end project execution: data processing, feature engineering, validation and deployment

• Influence decision-making processes by continuously and proactively improving the existing model

Requirements

• Strong Python/SQL skills 

• Experience with predictive modelling & optimization algorithms

• Familiarity with marketing analytics (ROI, attribution, MMM) is a bonus

• Passion for turning data into actionable business decisions

• More than 3 years of experience in Data Science

• A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field

• Extensive experience in applying statistical modelling, machine learning, and data mining techniques to solve real-world problems

• Proven experience in deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including live product deployment, monitoring, and quality assurance

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Eligibility to work in Germany for the next 6 to 12 months
