Real Time Floor Monitoring & Reporting (Yogya)

Responsibilities

• Collect and manage data on agent performance and incoming customer cases regularly.
• Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance and case handling.
• Create dashboards and visual reports using tools like Google Data Studio, Sheets, or other BI platforms.
• Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for service improvement.
• Support workforce planning by providing data-driven insights for capacity and agent scheduling.
• Monitor floor operations in real-time to ensure efficient case distribution and SLA achievement.
• Report disruptions or abnormalities during operations to the relevant team leaders.
• Collaborate with BI/Data Analyst teams to align on reporting needs and ensure data relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reporting or data analysis role
• Mandatory: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Looker (Google Data Studio)
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Salesforce will is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate data into clear, easy-to-understand insights for various audiences
