At CI&T, we're growing fast and looking for a talented, motivated Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your data analysis, Python, and SQL expertise to extract actionable insights from complex datasets and help our global clients make better decisions driven by data. Experience with Azure cloud technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Build notebooks and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.- Data Management: Write complex SQL queries to manipulate, clean, and extract data from relational databases.- Python Development: Build and maintain Python scripts for data processing and analytics pipelines.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions.- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all reporting and analysis processes.- Azure Integration (Nice to Have): Support the integration of Azure cloud services into the existing data infrastructure, such as Azure Data Lake and Azure Machine Learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.- Strong command of SQL for querying and managing relational databases.- Knowledge in Python for data analysis and scripting.- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking), as you will present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
