What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting strategic and financial decision-making across the company. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy, Marketing and Product teams to deliver deep analytical insights, maintain critical models, and explore key drivers behind business performance.

This role is ideal for someone with strong SQL and Python skills, solid statistical intuition, and the ability to turn complex questions into clear, actionable analysis.

• Strong SQL skills — ability to work with large datasets and complex joins;

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation (e.g., pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn);

• Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to build dashboards and communicate insights;

• Solid understanding of statistics and experience applying it in business contexts (e.g., correlation, regression, distributions);

• Experience working with financial or operational data;

• Strong communication skills — you can present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Curiosity, ownership, and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DBT or other data modelling frameworks;

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with product and marketing stakeholders.
