AI engineer

Optimiza is searching for a talented AI Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning models that will transform the way we solve complex problems and enhance our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to solve business challenges and improve decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI applications and enhancements.
• Conduct data analysis and data engineering activities to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Experiment with different architectures and techniques to optimize model performance.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance over time, adjusting algorithms and parameters as necessary.
• Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, applying best practices to the development process.
• Document AI models and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• They work with machine learning models, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), LLMs and data analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI or machine learning roles.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data processing and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative technologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
