Your team

We are the Group Emerging Technology AI Governance team. We collaborate with control functions and AI teams to build and scale innovative AI solutions.

Your expertise

Skills required:
• extensive proven experience with delivering changes to governance processes across large scale programmes, portfolios, or enterprises
• relationship management – ability to drive engagement up to c-suite – 1
• deep understanding of software delivery lifecycles, ideally including agile, devops / modelops frameworks
• ability to present to large and/or senior audiences, simplifying complex topics
• quick learner, desire to acquire / expanding AI development knowledge

Preferable skills:
• process optimization and automation
• model and/or AI development approach understanding (note, no need to be able to develop models, this is focused on being conversant in how models / AI are developed)
• experience with generative AI development frameworks
