Job Overview: 
We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager to oversee and mentor a dynamic team of analytical professionals. This role requires advanced technical expertise combined with leadership and project management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trusted, data-driven insights that support our strategic business objectives. This is a role within the Procurement function and priority will be given to those with previous procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience. SAP experience is an added plus. 

Key Responsibilities 

Team Leadership & Management 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the data analytics team including task delegation and performance reviews. 

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. 

 

Project & Resource Management 

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple data analysis projects in line with business goals. 

  • Ensure the timely production and maintenance of high-quality reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables. 

 

Strategic Collaboration 

  • Work closely with various departments to translate business requirements into actionable data insights. 

  • Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. 

 

Technical Oversight & Process Improvement 

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data visualization tools and automated reporting systems. 

  • Implement best practices in data management, quality assurance, and workflow optimization. 

 

 

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Support cross-functional initiatives to drive data-informed decision making across the organization. 

  • Oversee the delivery and interpretation of complex matters made simple to a lay stakeholder audience 

 
Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis with proven leadership or team management expertise. 

  • Language: Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI) 

  • Solid experience with statistical analysis techniques (e.g. time series analysis) 

  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling best practices. 

  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and data architecture is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with project management and resource planning. 

  • Exposure to Data Engineering practices and data governance frameworks. 

  • Familiar with Azure/Databricks or similar cloud service tools. 

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus. 

  • Procurement or Supply Chain business acumen is a plus. 

  • Familiarity working with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
