We are seeking a Data Analytics Manager to oversee and mentor a dynamic team of analytical professionals. This role requires advanced technical expertise combined with leadership and project management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality, trusted, data-driven insights that support our strategic business objectives. This is a role within the Procurement function and priority will be given to those with previous procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience. SAP experience is an added plus.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Oversee the daily operations of the data analytics team including task delegation and performance reviews.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Project & Resource Management
Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple data analysis projects in line with business goals.
Ensure the timely production and maintenance of high-quality reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables.
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with various departments to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Technical Oversight & Process Improvement
Oversee the development and maintenance of data visualization tools and automated reporting systems.
Implement best practices in data management, quality assurance, and workflow optimization.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Support cross-functional initiatives to drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
Oversee the delivery and interpretation of complex matters made simple to a lay stakeholder audience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis with proven leadership or team management expertise.
Language: Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI)
Solid experience with statistical analysis techniques (e.g. time series analysis)
Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling best practices.
Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and data architecture is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management and resource planning.
Exposure to Data Engineering practices and data governance frameworks.
Familiar with Azure/Databricks or similar cloud service tools.
Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
Procurement or Supply Chain business acumen is a plus.
Familiarity working with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
