Power BI Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Power BI Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Power BI, data modeling, and analytics. They will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee the integration of data from multiple data sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Design and implement effective data models and DAX calculations to meet reporting needs.
Optimize the performance of Power BI solutions and provide maintenance and troubleshooting support.
Mentor and guide a team of Power BI developers, ensuring the best practices in report building and data visualization.
Develop and enforce governance frameworks to manage Power BI environments.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI updates, features, and best practices.
