Full Time Senior-level / Expert USD 120K - 150K
Natera
Dedicated to oncology, women’s health, and organ health. Natera’s cell-free DNA tests help protect health and inform more personalized decisions about care.Position Summary
Natera’s Oncology business unit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of our provider and patient experiences. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving roadmap, execution, and strategy for new products, capabilities, and improvements across our oncology product ecosystem - from molecular residual disease (MRD) assessment and treatment response monitoring, to genomic profiling of biomarkers, to hereditary testing, and more.
This role will partner closely with commercial product, platform/technical product, sales, clinical product, and customer support teams to enhance digital and physical touchpoints, improve provider experience, and help deliver better outcomes for cancer patients. You’ll drive prioritization for teams, guiding them towards delivering a superior provider experience. You’ll also be hands-on across a range of experiences — from driving feature improvements in portals to creating collateral — and play a critical role in enabling patients and providers to navigate their care with confidence. If you’re excited about moving quickly, working on products that make a difference in a cancer patient’s life, and accomplishing aspirational goals, this role is for you.
Primary Responsibilities
-
Drive product strategy, roadmapping, and requirements definition for multiple products across digital and physical experiences for Natera’s Oncology business unit
-
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of new products, programs, and services for providers and patients
-
Deliver new experiences for our users that are seamless; you’ll be creating and improving products, tooling, processes, and anything else related to supporting our Oncology goals.
-
Lead cross functional initiatives across UX research, improving provider and patient experience, expanding into new markets, and more.
Qualifications
-
4+ years of experience in digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences is a plus
-
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch across product, engineering, design, and business teams
-
Strong product and UX judgment — skilled at identifying high-impact improvements, prioritizing ruthlessly, and balancing short- and long-term goals
-
Familiarity with AI tools (ex. Cursor, LLMs, agents, prototyping tools) and a mindset for using technology to accelerate product development.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
-
Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically
