Our goal is to build cutting-edge AI solutions that drive real-world impact, and we are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team. As an AI Engineer, you will work on designing and developing scalable AI models that can solve complex problems and drive business value.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Scalable AI Models: Design and implement AI/ML models that can scale efficiently with increasing data volumes and business needs. Ensure models are optimized for high performance and reliability.
• Data Pipeline Development: Build robust, scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and prepare data for AI models. Work closely with data engineers to ensure seamless integration with AI models.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Train AI models on large datasets, evaluate their performance, and optimize them for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Continuously monitor model performance and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to align AI solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest AI and machine learning trends. Contribute to the research and development of novel AI techniques to solve business problems.
• Deployment and Integration: Develop deployment strategies for AI models, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into production environments. Focus on scalability, maintainability, and ease of use.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document AI algorithms, processes, and workflows. Provide clear reports on model performance, improvements, and scaling efforts to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a related role with a strong focus on scalable AI solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment and scaling.
• Proficient in data processing and working with large datasets using tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or SQL-based tools.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture to deploy scalable AI models.
• Knowledge of model performance tuning, hyperparameter optimization, and techniques for improving model efficiency at scale.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems using AI and machine learning techniques. Ability to optimize models for scalability without compromising performance.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Advanced certifications or courses in AI/ML are a plus.
