Job Description:

The Senior Analyst, Analytics & Data Products (RCM) will report to OneOncology’s Manager, Analytics & Data Products. This role will support projects carried out by the OneOncology Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by generating insights and delivering actionable information to OneOncology and its partner practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the RCM team to identify data and analytics needs, including metric definition, KPI identification, and RCM workflow tools.

  • Own end-to-end development of RCM-focused analyses and tools to meet the needs of the RCM team and practice stakeholders.

  • Creation of dashboards that provide users with insight on practice RCM performance.

  • Complete ad-hoc RCM data analyses on large data sets

  • Develop expertise in RCM data to offer informed on it’s potential applications.

  • Develop deliverables to communicate findings to OneOncology and partner practice leaders as needed.

  • Other Duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL

  • Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry

  • Familiarity with / working knowledge of revenue cycle management data and workflows

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years’ work experience; experience working for a consulting firm, health insurer, healthcare provider organization, or other similar organization a plus.
