Data Analyst-Intern - Summer 2025

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Data Analyst-Intern with proficiency in Tableau and Power BI to join our dynamic Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both Tableau and Power BI, along with a strong analytical mindset, out of the box thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.

We at Juniper Networks are seeking continuing students who are interested in Data Analytics Summer 2024 Internships.   

We’re looking for people who are excited about analytics and providing solutions which will help apply new business strategies.

Successful candidates must: 

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with hands-on proficiency in Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics techniques, including statistical analysis, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data cleaning techniques.
• Ability to design and create visually engaging and user-friendly reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience in data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with additional analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications for this role include: 

• Experience working with cloud-based analytics tools or platforms (e.g., Snowflake, DataBricks).
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools or languages (e.g., D3.js, R, Python).

Minimum Salary: $66,399.84

Maximum Salary:$95,450.37

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $66,399.84 and $95,450.37/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
