About the role

We’re looking for a curious and motivated GenAI Prompt Engineer to join our growing AI & Automation team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with an academic background in IT or Computer Science who is passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to explore how GenAI tools can transform business operations.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and product teams to help build and test prompts for AI models, support AI-led automation, and assist in integrating AI tools across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Prompt Development & Testing

- Learn how to craft, test, and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) like GPT
- Support prompt use cases in areas like customer engagement, automation, and content creation

AI Integration & Tools Support

- Assist in integrating AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure, AWS) into internal workflows
- Work on real-world automation tasks using tools like CrewAI, LangGraph, or UiPath

Use Case Exploration

- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and identify how GenAI can offer smart solutions
- Participate in brainstorming and testing AI use cases aligned with business objectives

Learning & Growth

- Continuously explore and learn about GenAI, LLMs, and the latest tools and trends
- Receive mentorship and training from senior engineers to develop your technical and problem-solving skills

Requirements 

• Emirati national preferred
• A recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) with a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Genuinely interested in AI, machine learning, or automation tools
• Comfortable with basic Python and eager to build your technical skills
• A critical thinker who is excited about solving problems and learning from feedback
• Strong communicator and team player, with curiosity to explore new technologies
