Position:Director, Product Management Clinical Decision Support

Position Summary:This role is pivotal to the transformation of healthcare in America. Sitting at the forefront of innovation in clinical settings, the Director of Product Management will lead the strategy and development of our groundbreaking AI-based clinical decision support solution for primary care providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the roadmap and services of our product's advanced AI capabilities, shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our AI-based CDS solution, aligning with company objectives and healthcare industry trends.
  • Develop product requirements and lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that the solution meets the clinical needs of primary care providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, data science, and clinical experts, to design, develop, and test innovative features and functionalities.
  • Manage a team of product managers and/or product owners.
  • Integrate CDS solutions effectively within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, maximizing usability and impact on clinical workflows.
  • Leverage experience with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the intelligence and capabilities of the CDS solution.
  • Develop and integrate evidence-based clinical guidelines into the product to ensure high-quality, reliable decision support for providers.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights from healthcare providers to continuously refine and prioritize product features.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare systems and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of the solution.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely releases and iterations based on user feedback and emerging industry requirements.


Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience in healthcare product management, with a focus on developing and launching CDS solutions.
  • Significant experience designing CDS solutions for healthcare providers, specifically within EHR systems.
  • Ideally, a clinical background (MD, NP, PA, RN) to ensure a deep understanding of clinical environments and workflows.
  • Experience working with AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), to drive innovative product features.
  • Expertise in HL7, FHIR, CDS Hooks and other industry standards for clinical data exchange and workflows.
  • Expertise in developing evidence-based clinical guidelines, ensuring that product offerings are grounded in the latest medical research and standards.
  • Proven track record in leading product teams and managing complex product roadmaps.
  • Experience working in or with healthcare systems, with an ability to navigate the intricacies of clinical settings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to product development.

The hiring range for this position is:

$165,335.00-$226,448.75
