Data Analyst

Responsibilities: 

✔ Lead and manage data-driven projects that support business operations and strategic objectives across multiple service lines.
✔ Extract, clean, and analyze data from practice management systems to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and inform decision-making.
✔ Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
✔ Conduct marketing campaign targeting, data segmentation, and ongoing list management.
✔ Proactively investigate, resolve, and communicate data discrepancies to management, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
✔ Maintain and update databases to ensure all records are current, complete, and reliable.
✔ Create and distribute daily task reports to support business operations.
✔ Document data processes and contribute to standard operating procedures for long-term efficiency.
✔ Ensure the confidentiality of all data and support secure handling of sensitive information.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to company-wide initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications:

✔ 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in healthcare, operations, or business strategy.
✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts, and graphs.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✔ High attention to detail and a thorough, analytical mindset.
✔ Experience maintaining data integrity across large datasets and implementing efficient database updates.
✔ Enthusiastic team player with a positive, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
