Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research, preferably in e-commerce, ad tech, or B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Strong background in machine learning algorithms, NLP, reinforcement learning, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience in cloud-based AI development, with AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices, model deployment, and API integration.
• Strong research skills, with experience in publishing or implementing state-of-the-art AI advancements.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI/ML models for e-commerce personalization, recommendation engines, and ad targeting.
• Conduct applied research in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision to enhance AI-driven commerce solutions.
• Implement scalable AI architectures, leveraging cloud-based services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Utilize large-scale datasets to train, validate, and fine-tune AI algorithms for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research, publications, and advancements, applying cutting-edge techniques to product development.
• Optimize AI models for real-time inference, performance, and scalability in e-commerce and advertising applications.
• Design and maintain ML pipelines, automation tools, and MLOps frameworks to streamline deployment.
