Key Responsibilities: • Collecting and recording shareholder information from multiple data sources. • Validating the collected information to determine its accuracy. • Researching unclear and conflicting information to reconcile discrepancies. • Ensuring recorded data is accurate and verified. • Maintaining and improving the quality of the data. • Working within a team and individually to meet weekly deadlines. Your skills, experience, and qualifications • Basic knowledge of the financial world, familiarity with financial terms.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software. • Ability to work on own initiative. • Fluent English.
