Candidates selected for this role would work on industry leading Flexera-1 solutions’ content team, and help in analyzing, curating, refining metadata related to Software and Hardware entities and its attributes, and populating world’s largest repository for the same.

Key Responsibilities

Learn

• Understand Flexera One Suite application – ITV and ITAM, the domains – Software Asset Management (SAM) & Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and role Content plays in meeting the requirements of our customers.
• Understand underlying schematics of Flexera’s Content libraries, data, and data patterns in the library. Understand different data sets in SAM and HAM domain – Licensing, Lifecyle, Security, Sustainability.
• Know Customers, internal stakeholders, teams and internal tools, automation and processes.
• Tie all of this together and understand the “What & Why” of our solutions and How do we add value to our customers.

Do

• Perform research on new data and updates of Software & Hardware products from Manufacturers and other public sources. and its attributes and extract relevant details.
• Analyze data collected by automated crawlers and help separation of good data v/s bad data and make automation better
• Proactively (from manual research and automation) augment and enrich library catalog for S/w and H/W products.
• Process raw evidence of s/w application and hardware devices for recognition.
• Responsible for completeness, correctness, consistency and timeliness of data updates.
• Review and spot patterns in data (for repeating patterns and error patterns), apply analytics to it and enrich data, or and fix error records.
• Effective use of Content curation tools and automation, become an expert in using it for content curation and enrichment. Suggests improvements in tooling and automation.

Requirements

• BE/BTech or equivalent degree. (CSE, ISE, Information Technology is preferable)
• 6+ years of experience in Content curation, analysis, enrichment for SAM/HAM applications or for applications in a related domain
• Experience in dealing with SAM/HAM applications and its content is a plus.
• Ability to research, analyze, curate relevant content from publishers’ and 3rd party data source, and be able to separate good data from bad/irrelevant data.
• Strong in problem solving and logical reasoning
• Basic understanding of java, python or any programming language.(Good to have)
• Strong in retrieving, performing analysis and updating large data sets using SQL queries on using modern DBs and Analytics tools like Power BI
• Knowledge of using python, data manipulation libraries and dealing with large data sets is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI / ML Ops: Understanding of AI and ML models. Ability of using, enabling, training and helping in improving AI tools is a plus.
• Curious and eager to understand data patterns, stay on the curve to learn and use new emerging paradigms and tools in AI-augmented data analytics and data curation.
• Engage collaborate with stakeholders across the globe in different time zones in other functions – Product Management, Customer Success, Solution Engineers, Support.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Experience of coaching/mentoring team members as a lead is desirable.
