Responsibilities and Tasks

• Support Report Development: Understand the product domain and context, apply design thinking and tools to devise the best approach to presenting the information. Control the full development cycle of a report, from data extraction and transformation to the design and deployment of report dashboards. Apply AI tools and techniques to improve data analysis and visualization.
• Bring Value from Data: Develop intelligent predictive and recommender applications to bring significant value from data.
• Conducting Usability Testing: Performing internal and external usability tests and optimizing adjustments based on feedback. Applying user behavior analysis to gain deeper insights and improve usability testing outcomes.
• Engage with Customers and Team Members: Collaborate with product managers and engineers, as well as collaborators and partners, to develop solutions and document processes and results. Integrate AI solutions to improve collaboration and project management.
• Assist in Modular Component Development: Help develop and define the functionality of modular shared components (UI Components). Apply AI to automate and optimize component development processes.
• Manage and Maintain Craft Guidelines: Maintain and update existing reports to accommodate evolving business needs, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the data presented. Use AI to continuously monitor and suggest improvements to craft guidelines.
• Engage in Discussions: Discuss requirements and development with designers, product managers, and engineering personnel to ensure timely and high-quality design delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to extract data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and apply data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques.
• Strong software development skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL. Familiarity with Angular, BigQuery, GCP, Snowflake is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. Certifications will be considered.
• Experience in statistical modeling, feature extraction, and analysis.
• Experience with or a desire to learn machine learning and other advanced analytical methods.
• Proven experience in partnering with team members to continuously improve scheduling and automation systems.
• Experience deploying and developing production critical metric/monitor reports to support Fab operation and decision-making.
