Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Business Data & Insight Analyst - Intelligent Automation. Reporting to the Supply Chain Insight Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into automation workflows.
• Design, develop and maintain low-code/no-code solutions to streamline operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, supporting with data management, reporting, and process optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
• Lead with your expertise for process automation and optimisation in specific business areas.
• Embrace continuous improvement in ways of working standards through expanding automated solutions.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• An interest and/or experience in working with low-code development tools such as MS Power Platform, UiPath - RPA (Robotics Process Automation), OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software.
• Experience and knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI) and knowledge of SQL or any other relational database.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
• Experience working with virtual and dispersed teams.
• Advanced communication skills in both spoken and written form.
• Effective communication skills to present findings and solutions to the business/leadership.
• Familiarity with automation best practices and digital transformation.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
