Data Analytics Manager

As our Analytics Manager, you will help deliver actionable insights to support business objectives. Each day, you will develop and implement strategies to help drive the decision-making process with clients. To thrive in this role, you must possess strong expertise in SQL and Power BI, along with experience in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business goals and improve performance.
• Utilize SQL and Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize data from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing data governance and quality control processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or similar role, with a focus on SQL and Power BI.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality control practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within a year.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $69,556.00 - $114,234.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
