Summary:

As a Senior Business Data Analyst on the Strategy and Operations team, you will bring your leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical skills to the Genesys Cloud team.

You will be responsible for developing new business metrics, providing decision support through data analytics, and presenting to leadership. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, as well as many of the cross-functional teams across Genesys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create novel ways to evaluate our business
• Support Executive presentations through business analytics
• Lead and coordinate the development of Tableau dashboard, including cross-functional execution of project plans
• Provide insights and recommend actions for improvement through Product and business data analysis
• Manage and Coordinate Data Pipelines from Engineering to Snowflake
• Ad hoc analysis

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years working experience with data analytics and BI visualization tools
• Proven track record of managing complex project deliverables in a fast-paced (ideally Cloud) environment
• Strong leadership abilities and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, including presentation
• Demonstrated proficiency in PPT, Excel, and BI visualization tools

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
