Position Overview

Data accuracy is crucial for our company’s success, and this role is vital in ensuring our data is of the highest quality in the industry.  The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for efficiently, accurately, and promptly managing and maintaining all customer master data across our CRM and ERP systems, including data creation and modification to ensure data quality and integrity.

 

The Data Operations Specialist (Temporary - 3 months) is responsible for maintaining and managing customer and item catalog data for FUJIFILM Sonosite and VisualSonics.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the creation and updates of customer accounts in a timely manner while ensuring compliance to data standards.
  • Create and update the link between customer accounts in various systems using information from the Sales and Operations teams and online research.
  • Cross reference multiple systems and sources to validate customer account information.
  • Research, append and remove duplicate customer and address records as necessary.
  • Maintain customer account relationships for different selling arrangements.
  • Update ownership changes to customer installed base assets.
  • Respond to inquiries from multiple departments related to customers, addresses and installed base asset records.
  • Attend required meetings that involve master data.
  • Conduct master data audits on existing and newly created records.
  • Create and maintain documentation procedures for master data processes.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Advanced in computer applications including Microsoft Office (E-mail, Excel and Word).
  • Experience with master data management tools, Oracle ERP, and Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Very strong attention to detail, with a passion for accuracy; data must be precise.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Keen eye for spotting discrepancies.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Word and Power Point.
  • Ability to make decisions based on provided guidance.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs with or without accommodation.
