DevOps/MLOps Engineer

As a DevOps/MLOps Engineer within the GenAI and Innovation Team, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between data science and engineering, ensuring the seamless integration and efficient operation of machine learning models in production environments. Your expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices will be essential to drive our innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

 

• Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines: Develop and maintain automated workflows for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Infrastructure management: Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) optimized for machine learning workloads.
• CI/CD automation: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery of machine learning models.
• Model deployment and scaling: Deploy and scale machine learning models in production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitoring and observability: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track model performance, identify issues, and ensure system stability.
• Collaboration and support: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical support.
• Research and experimentation: Stay up-to-date with the latest MLOps trends, technologies and contribute to the improvement of our processes.
  
   

• Proven experience: Demonstrated experience as a DevOps/MLOps Engineer or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on machine learning.
• Cloud expertise: Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services for machine learning.
• MLOps knowledge: Strong understanding of MLOps principles, tools, and best practices.
• CI/CD proficiency: Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Containerization and orchestration: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerizing and orchestrating machine learning workloads.
• Programming skills: Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
• Communication and collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
