People Data Analyst II, Workday

The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

Pay Range:

$86,917.00 - $130,376.00

This position requires a hybrid commitment, reporting to our Operations Center in Tustin, CA, a minimum of 3 days each week, with 2 days remoteWhat You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for performing a variety of complex analytics and reporting tasks related to teammember and other workforce-related data. The incumbent will demonstrate an advanced understanding of the Credit Union's People & Development data, with profiency across several domains (e.g. learning, recruiting, compensation, etc.). Analytics produced at this level are primarily diagnostic, answering the question "why did this happen?"
  • Consult with stakeholders on identifying teammember-related business problems and creating potential hypotheseses that may be proven using available teammember data sources.
  • Create reporting and analytics requirements from minimal stakeholder direction.
  • Develop advanced reports using Workday custom reporting to meet business requirements.
  • Create dashboards to provide multiple metrics and analytics from a single launch point, with a focus on creating actionable information.
  • Create calculated fields to extract and format required data for custom reports and business processes.
  • Create reporting and analytics using other business tools and platforms as needed (e.g. SQL, SSRS, Dundas, Qualtrics, Achievers).
  • Analyze multiple data sources to discover trends and correlations within teammember data and potential relationships to overall business outcomes.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics to People & Development leaders and other stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Curate broad sets of data to create memorable and actionable stories from our teammember data.
  • Analyze required system security and authority to access requested data.
  • Ensure that provided data is within the scope of the leader requesting the data (e.g. management chain or function).
  • Assist in the collection, maintenance, and cleansing of data from various teammember data sources.
  • Support system configuration and maintenance by assisting with testing of new or modified features.
  • Understand and apply data privacy and confidentiality requirements in relation to teammember data.

  • Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of previous related experience required
    • SQL required
    • Workday Pro Reporting required
