Growth Analyst

We are looking for a Growth Analyst to join our Growth team at Ounass. This role is essential in driving the success of our loyalty program by uncovering actionable insights and supporting both the product and analysis aspects of the program.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the loyalty program.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for new features and product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to translate insights into actionable requirements and ensure successful execution.
• Write clear, concise product requirement documents and support the development and testing phases.
• Measure program performance through key metrics and KPIs, providing ongoing analysis to optimize results.
• Generate insights that support strategic decisions across the Growth and Product teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders in a compelling and actionable manner.
• Leverage strong product management capabilities to define, launch, and iterate on loyalty-focused features.
• Maintain a user-centric approach with a passion for e-commerce and digital experiences.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 3+ years of experience in analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL (Python preferred).
• Solid experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and high data quality standards.
