We are seeking a passionate and experienced Power BI Tech Lead to join our Engineering Project Dashboard team aiming to provide KPIs and metrics to monitor engineering activities of projects' engineering work packages. Customers of Engineering Project Dashboard digital services are spread all around the world, leading teams with different granularity, and looking for contextual information related to their projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Understand the functional aspects of the delivery by constructively discussing with the Product Owner and the Proxy Product Owner
• Develop, build, test, deploy, run and operate in production
• Set and apply best practices (both development and operational best practices), code quality, security standard and corresponding KPIs
• Actively contribute to the technical solution definition and improvements. Formalize and update the technical architectural design.
• Help the team to focus on cross/nonfunctional requirements
• Engage and role-model the pair-programming and pair-reviewing sessions / educate and mentor junior teammates to help them grow in their role
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (and may act as a Scrum Master)
• Participate in code review
