Senior Business Intelligence Engineer (Remote)

As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Xgrid, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design and implement robust business intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Having 3-5 Years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data models for effective data analysis.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Working knowledge of Data Warehousing solutions like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks.
- Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing BI solutions for improved performance and usability.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration from various sources.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track BI solution effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior BI engineers.
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate strong SQL skills and expertise in data modeling and warehousing.
- Independently and collaboratively contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system performance improvement.
