General Profile: Recognized as an expert within the company. Anticipates internal and or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements. Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives. Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide process mining efforts, from discovery and analysis to optimization and automation recommendations
  •  Use leading process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio) to transform raw event logs into actionable insights
  •  Act as a strategic advisor to business and technology stakeholders, providing thought leadership on process improvement and digital transformation
  •  Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact use cases, define success metrics, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
  •  Develop and maintain standards, methodologies, and best practices for process mining and performance benchmarking
  •  Drive adoption and education of process mining capabilities across business units through training, mentorship, and evangelization
  •  Ensure data integrity, alignment with enterprise architecture, and proper integration with systems such as ERP, CRM, and workflow platforms
  •  Communicate insights and recommendations clearly through executive-level reporting and dashboards

Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  •  10+ years of professional experience in business process management, operations, digital transformation, or data analytics.
  •  Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio etc..).
  •  Deep knowledge of business process frameworks, performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
  •  Strong background in working with enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow) and extracting event data.
  •  Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  •  Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Process Mining tool certification (e.g., Celonis Certified Analyst)
  • Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or supply chain.
  •  Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages used for data preparation and analysis.
  •  Familiarity with automation platforms and technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow engines, AI/ML

  • Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
