JOB PURPOSE
FC DIEZ Media is seeking a curious, analytical, and business-driven professional to join our team as Digital Marketing Intelligence Manager. This role will be critical in transforming how we use data as actional insights and to inform our digital content, audience growth and platform strategies across CONMEBOL Club Competitions — CONMEBOL Libertadores, Sudamericana, Recopa, CONMEBOL KAE and CONMEBOL South American nations competitions.
You will act as the point of reference for all social media performance analysis, reporting and business intelligence, helping guide creative, editorial and strategic decisions for a portfolio of over 60 social accounts across multiple platforms and languages.
KEY DELIVERABLES (WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR ROLE?)
- Translate large datasets into actionable insights and reports that influence content planning, campaign strategy and audience development.
- Build and maintain internal dashboards using Python, R, Power BI or other open-source tools.
- Monitor and analyze data from Emplifi, native platform analytics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.), and internal tools.
- Lead the development of predictive models and performance forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Deliver regular reporting on performance KPIs, growth benchmarks, and best-performing content for the overall portfolio and specific account performance.
- Partner with product, editorial, creative and strategic teams to surface trends, audience behaviors and content opportunities.
- Download, organize and standardize data sources and reporting methodology for cross-platform comparison and alignment.
- Actively contribute to digital strategy reviews and annual/quarterly planning with leadership.
- Propose and test new metrics, tools and frameworks that push forward our digital marketing intelligence.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, marketing analytics, engineering or data science equivalent.
- Proven experience in data analysis, working with large datasets, visualizations and dashboard creations, BI or marketing intelligence roles.
- You have a proven background working with data at scale, experience with advertising data (preferred) and understand how to build for privacy, and business impact
- Strong skills in tools and programming languages such as Python, R, Power BI, Tableau or open source dashboard tools.
- Strong skills and experience in SQL and distributed analytics processing systems.
- Knowledge in data modeling and establishing data architecture across multiple systems.
- Experience working with social media data (Emplifi, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and content formats across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter and Facebook.
- Strategic thinker with high business acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographies.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Spanish (plus).

FC Diez Media maintains offices in Asuncion, Paraguay, Sao Paulo, Brazil and in Buenos Aires Argentina. The headquarters and main operational office of FC Diez Media sits in Asuncion and also acts as the main liaison between FC Diez Media and CONMEBOL. The office in Sao Paulo has a Marketing and Sponsorship delivery focus and the office in Buenos Aires is heavily involved in the success of the Broadcasting and Digital environments of CONMEBOL Club Competitions.
