About the Role

As a junior associate engineer in the Reporting, Statistics, and Automation team, you will assist in developing and automating scripts, data visualization, and reporting processes. This role will leverage your knowledge of data analysis and programming. You will collaborate with the team to support various stages of project development and implementation. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Reporting, Statistics, and Automation.

What You Will Do

• Assist in developing and automating data visualization and reporting processes within the Reporting, Statistics, and Automation team.
• Continuously partner with colleagues in different departments to ensure that project objectives are met and that data-driven insights are effectively communicated.
• Support the team in the creation and implementation of automated reporting solutions, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of data management practices.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Demonstrable knowledge of Python and databases like MySQL.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues in various departments.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Professional certifications related to data analysis, automation, or programming.
• Experience collaborating with people across different geographies and departments.
• A deep passion for statistics and/or automation, with a particular love for working with tables and Excel to ensure everything is in order.
• Knowledge of industry requirements and procedures related to data management and reporting systems.

• You are fluent in English, ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• You are willing to travel, if necessary, to support various projects and collaborate with colleagues across different locations.
• Ideally, you live near Bucharest, Romania, as commuting to our office will be required each week.
• You understand that flexibility in working hours may be required due to the nature of global infrastructure and project demands.
