The Partnership Analytics and Reports Senior Specialist is responsible for analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support the Partnership’s strategic goals. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders and the bank to ensure accurate and timely reporting, as well as analyzing data to identify trends, generating insightful reports, and supporting decision-making process to enhance and optimize bancassurance performance.

Knowledge and Skills:  

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related field
• At least two basic LOMA courses preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and analytics within financial services industry, preferably bancassurance
• With analytics, reporting or MIS background in life insurance industry.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools i.e. knowledge in Excel, Pivot, Macro and SQL is a must, Python and/or R is a plus.
