The role

- Manage incidents reported in ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Provide bug fixes required to resolve reported incidents.
- Manage and assign to development change requests created in ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Contact Matterport support in case of matterport.com application issues.
- Monitor Matterport usage (space and SpaceFlex capacity, number of users).
- Manage Matterport app folder and naming convention structure.
- Cooperate with factory representatives for scanning purposes, obtaining factory technical details, including DWG files.
- Monitor and act as the main contact point during the scanning process (scheduling the date and duration, ensuring the scanning protocol is signed by both parties).
- Transfer scanned spaces to the Matterport Hitachi Energy environment and conduct a pre-quality check of the scan.
- Obtain static machine data from factory representatives and transfer it to the MDM system after checking the correctness and form of the provided data.
- Coordinate with the Power BI team to load scans into the portal.
- Manage access to factory scans and reports via Excel in collaboration with the Power BI representative.

- Provide Matterport hardware/software training for factory representatives that ordered camera for their own usage within factory.
