Here's what you need:

• Minimum 5+ years experience working with large sample sizes and the data that comes with it (quantitative, qualitative, etc.).
• Minimum 5+ years experience with synthesis of data across multiple data sources (articles, telemetry, customer feedback, generative research, etc.).
• Minimum 2+ years experience with conducting benchmarking studies and generative research, the ability to identify opportunities to synthesize and summarize early.

Bonus Points if you have:

• An advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or related fields.
• Experience conducting user research on AI, particularly generative AI (LLMs)
• Experience incorporating accessibility and DEI concerns in research from recruiting through analysis

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
