THE ROLE
As the Data Analyst for the Support Strategy team at Indie Campers, you will be responsible for managing the availability and accuracy of data related to our Support team’s operations. Your primary focus will be on automating processes and enhancing our data infrastructure. You´ll drive efficiency and performance improvements in customer support together with collaborating closely with the Support Strategy team to develop impactful dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will empower the Support team to leverage reliable data to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer service standards.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Collaborate with the Global Support team to understand their data needs and provide analytical support to improve operations and decision-making.
- Contribute to a data-driven culture by enhancing data marts, implementing data quality standards, and developing actionable KPI dashboards specific to customer support.
- Collect, organise, and analyse support-related data to produce insightful reports.
- Execute ETL processes across all relevant databases to ensure seamless data flow within the Support team.
- Proactively propose initiatives to enhance data analytics capabilities and improve overall business performance related to customer support.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Experience with data availability and accuracy, automation of processes, and familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Experience building dashboards with Metabase and/or Tableau.
- Experience with tools such as Airtable and Zendesk would be a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain organisation.
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
