Senior Data Analytics Lead

About the Role
Are you excited to tackle ambiguous data challenges for a wide range of business problems? As a Senior Data Analytics Lead, you will shape how our team uses data to make impactful decisions and drive product excellence. You’ll own end-to-end analytics for a stream of projects, define technical solutions, and ensure synergy across teams. In your first six months, you will deliver critical dashboards, spearhead advanced models, and mentor junior analysts. This role offers a chance to influence business outcomes, cultivate innovation, and expand your leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Lead analytical projects from ideation to delivery, defining scope and success metrics
• Drive advanced analytics solutions (statistical modeling, ML experiments, dashboards) that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, identify data sources, and implement best practices
• Mentor junior analysts by providing technical guidance and ensuring code quality
• Develop extensive Financial Models being responsible for end-to-end target achievement metrics
• Conduct rigorous statistical tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategies
• Continuously refine dashboards, tools, and processes to enhance data-driven decision-making

What you will need

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with a track record of tackling complex projects
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL and scripting languages (Python/R) for data processing and statistical analysis
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and experiment design
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations that effectively communicate insights
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment best practices 
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data findings to broader product and operational metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaborative skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring junior teammates and driving cross-functional initiatives
