This role will work closely with product development teams to ensure that design and configuration decisions enable strong back-end service performance, which will translate to a positive customer experience. This role will support the Executive Director of Product Data Integrity to achieve near and long-term excellence in product and data optimization.
Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with the Executive Director to develop and implement a streamlined product configuration framework across supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution, focused on simplicity and speed to market.
Establish and maintain cross-functional processes between Supply Chain and Product Development to ensure consistent and high-quality execution of product designs, communicating risks and escalations appropriately.
Serve as SME on product configuration and supply chain operations, advising on customer experience, operational workflows, and product setup.
Maintain and standardize product data across systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) and third-party partners; ensure hierarchy and attributes support business reporting.
Create and oversee item master data governance, ensuring synchronization across systems and supporting cross-departmental data needs and standards compliance.
Manage item and BOM setup for Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain functions; ensure data integrity and readiness across all channels.
Collaborate with Product on physical product configurations, including format, scope, and fulfillment implications; support pricing and cost analysis with Sales teams.
Understand and inform the end-to-end process from Closed Won opportunity to delivery to ensure optimal customer experience.
Coordinate end-of-life planning for SKUs, considering inventory and assembly status; recommend retirement timelines.
Support strategic Customer Success accounts as SME on product and operations, including onboarding, entitlement setup, and delivery issue resolution for managed accounts ($1M–$5M).
Identify and drive operational efficiency opportunities, including automation, material cost savings, and process improvements.
Collaborate across internal teams to communicate fulfillment timelines, cost implications, and in-market customization impacts on production and delivery.
Ensure timely availability of finished product files for supply chain readiness and fulfillment execution.
Uphold adherence to product setup standards across business systems and support market readiness efforts.
Ensure all direct reports, as well as cross-company team members, experience inclusion, are engaged in their projects, and feel psychological safety to bring their authentic and true selves to work.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience managing print production and/or materials kit production
3+ years of experience in project management
Experience delivering impeccable customer service to strategic customers
Intermediate Financial knowledge (e.g. calculating margin, ROI analysis)
Preferred Qualifications:
Supply chain and / or continuous improvement experience
Experience in the field of education technology
A background in business operations or data integrity
Experience with project management tools (Smartsheets, JIRA)
Adept with spreadsheets for capturing product and financial data and word processing / presentation applications
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $76,000 - $110,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
