Our Business Operations, Data & Analytics team partners with the Cloud Technology Group to meet the needs of our customers. We collaborate cross-functionally to empower the business to make smarter and more informed data-driven decisions. Partner with the best

You will help build and maintain analytics solutions that support teams across CTG. You will work on data modeling, dashboards, and reporting, helping turn data into insights that guide decision-making. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. You also will be contributing to BI projects, and supporting data-driven processes across Product and Engineering teams.

As a BI Developer II, you will:

• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements and understand key business metrics
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide visibility into product and engineering performance
• Assisting in building and maintaining data pipelines and models to support analytics use cases
• Writing and optimising SQL queries to extract and analyse data from various sources
• Supporting data quality checks and help identify gaps in data coverage or accuracy
• Communicating insights to stakeholders through visualisations and reports
• Contributing to the definition and tracking of KPIs for product usage and team performance
• Learning and apply best practices in BI tools, data modeling, and visualization

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have good working knowledge of SQL with experience querying and analysing large datasets
• Be proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for basic analysis, validation, and QA tasks
• Have experience creating dashboards in data visualisation tools (Tableau or Power BI)
• Be comfortable translating business needs into data requirements and simple reports
• Show good communication skills to share findings with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
