Head of Data Science

We're looking for a Head of Data Science to lead our talented team and take our data-driven decision-making to the next level. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our data science strategy and work on exciting challenges across iGaming products and services. You'll collaborate closely with CRM, Product, and Engineering teams, using data to create real impact from customer segmentation to churn prediction and beyond.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists
• Develop and implement the data science strategy for the organisation
• Drive innovation using machine learning, optimising operations and implementing advanced solutions across different platforms
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Engineering, CRM, and Product teams to ensure models are deployed efficiently and deliver real business value
• Monitor model performance and ensure continuous optimisation
• Communicate effectively with leadership and key stakeholders to align data initiatives with company goals
• Promote best practices in data science across the organisation

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a data science leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of data science methodologies and tools
• Experience in managing projects, timelines, and resource allocation
• Solid background in quantitative analysis, with a data-driven mindset and sharp problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• iGaming experience is a must
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably with GCP
• Comfortable working with tools like Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Docker, Flask, or similar
