Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Custom Solutions Manager to lead development and integration efforts to achieve customer success in VIP and strategic accounts. This role will be responsible for tailoring our core software products to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring a seamless and customized experience that integrates with their existing workflows.

The Custom Solutions Manager will be an integral part of our Test Development Infrastructure (TDI) organization, working closely with customer account teams to implement extensible solutions that adapt to diverse customer needs. This team will act as a strategic extension of the core product team, delivering last-mile customizations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic lead for applying and extending software solutions to fit unique customer requirements.
• Actively participate in VIP and strategic customer engagements, ensuring successful deployment and integration of TDI products.
• Manage customization efforts of TDI products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and overall platform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and development teams to identify feature gaps and provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Define and implement a long-term support network to sustain and evolve customized solutions over time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and field teams to foster trust and collaboration.
• Lead a team of dedicated engineers focused on customer-specific software development and workflow optimization.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment between engineering, field support, and product development teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Core Technologies & Tools:

• C#, Data Analytics, and DevOps Reference Architectures
• Machine Learning (ML) models for customer-specific applications
• Oasis productivity software toolset, AMP, PortBridge, FlexStudio, and other relevant tools

All about you

• Strong background in software development, test program design, and high-volume production workflows.
• Deep understanding of Teradyne products, including TDI offerings and their integration capabilities.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to drive solution adoption.
• Experience in identifying and bridging gaps in existing software products to meet evolving customer demands.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of engineers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on delivering high-value, customized solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience at Teradyne with a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows and internal relationships.
• Familiarity with test development and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
