What we do

We are passionate believers in the power of education to transform people’s lives. We play our part by helping students to make one of the most important decisions of their lifetime; finding, applying, and enrolling in the right study program. Our multi-sided platforms help over 120 million prospective students every year to find their ideal match from over 5500 partner institutions on our global network of over 500 student websites.

It’s a complicated, and diverse problem space and we work tirelessly to understand the needs of each individual student, and each individual institution, and use the power of technology to recommend the best matches for the benefit of both parties.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead two critical product areas:

  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product development.
  • Write precise, structured product requirements and prioritise effectively.
  • Track adoption, usage, and performance of insights tools and iterate as needed.

Tech Stack:

  • Google BigQuery – primary data warehouse
  • Looker Studio – internal dashboards
  • Next.js – customer-facing front-end application framework
  • AWS Amplify – for building, deploying and hosting the front-end application

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including experience in data, analytics, or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical products.
  • Skilled at balancing customer needs with technical constraints and business priorities.
  • Clear and structured communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
