Data Product Manager

We’re looking for a Data Product Manager to join our growing data team and play a key role in developing and optimizing data products that drive business success. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with analysts, engineers, compliance experts, and stakeholders to define and execute on a strategic data roadmap. If you’re experienced in data product ownership and love working at the intersection of business and technology—this might be your next big move.

What you will be doing:

• Understand and gather business requirements, identifying technical and functionality gaps
• Define data models and solutions to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Deliver PRDs, including solution designs for complex data models
• Create and prioritize requirements to manage the team’s backlog effectively
• Define reports and dashboards for regulatory and analytical needs
• Develop and maintain a roadmap to support business prioritization
• Collaborate with compliance managers, business analysts, developers, and key stakeholders
• Troubleshoot data and product issues to ensure seamless operations

Who we are looking for:

• Experience (3+ years) as a Data Product Manager, Data product owner or Data product analyst, with strong knowledge of BI tools and data methodologies – Must
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and a strong background in data modeling – Must
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver high-quality results
• Experience with ETL tools, event-based data modeling, or platforms like Snowflake and SQL Server
• Familiarity with Business Objects, Tableau, or Power BI
