Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing respective team (up to 15 employees), including prioritizing and assigning tasks to ensure effective use of the team’s resources, staff recruitment, and onboarding to a new role,
  • Ensuring process execution following policies, legal regulations, internal controls, and standards,
  • Responsible for the team’s performance, KPIs, meeting expected SLAs,
  • Establishing goals and objectives for team members and assessing their performance,
  • People development, including yearly appraisals and development plans,
  • Supporting team in core processes (Vendor, Customer, Material Master Data  - set-ups and updates, analysis, audits & reports),
  • Supporting the team in solving problems daily – act as a first point of escalation,
  • Driving continuous improvement, process standardization, and optimization,
  • Managing business relationships with stakeholders and their expectations, including stakeholders’ forums, escalations, and process reviews,
  • Managing the collaboration with a strategic partner, including close contact with the extended team, overseeing the process performance and taking care of key issues,
  • Working closely with other GBS leadership and team members,
  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees to Master Data team.

 

Your Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in SSC/BPO structure
  • People management experience is preferable
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems,
  • Working knowledge of MS Office,
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI will be an asset,
  • Strong leadership skills including people development, project management (transitions, process standardization and optimization), succession planning,  
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative approach to work and a sense for improvements, RCA, and driving the execution of agreed actions,
  • Able to create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Fluent Polish and English (any other European language considered a plus),
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in daily work,
  • Target-oriented and task prioritization skills,
  • Ability to be flexible, to adapt to challenging deadlines and business demands,
  • Commitment, determination, and independence in action.
  • Willingness to work 3 days per week from the office ( Poznań, Kolorowa 6)
