Job Description

We are looking for a trainee to join our Product Data Management team in Tampere. As a trainee you will be part of the Global Product Data Management team (PDM) and work in close collaboration with the PDM team members and other stakeholders globally.

The position is fixed-term 3 months taking place in June-August 2025. The start of the employment with details will be agreed separately. 

You will be responsible for updating/creating AutoCAD drawings of our products. These dimensional and structural drawings are used in our technical datasheets (TDS) both internally and externally. You will independently recreate product drawings based on the latest business requirements and guidelines, and upload drawings to our Oracle Fusion ERP system. In addition, you will gather item data related to the measures in the drawings. 

Responsibilities

• Create 2D product drawings (dimensional and structural) using AutoCAD

• Create and maintain globally used product data in the Oracle Fusion ERP system

• Complete other tasks as instructed by the manager

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software

• Studying in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Data Management

• Strong attention to detail and punctuality

• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written

• Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle

• Experience with document control tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
