Data Delivery and AI Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Delivery and AI Solutions Specialist to join our Data team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data analytics, data science, and AI methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This role is critical for coordinating the rollout of data products, managing AI projects, and translating business requirements into actionable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the owner of the Data Product Roadmap and Implementation. Coordinate with the Product team on the rollout of products that require data products.

• Work independently and/or in a team to solve complex problem statements.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders on AI and data science projects to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

• Maintain close relationships with Data Engineering and Data Management teams to plan and execute the roadmap of data products for the Bank.

• Translate business requirements into data terminology and vice versa to ensure clear communication and understanding.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in SQL and Python, as well as data analytics, data science, and AI methodologies.

• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and team knowledge.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in the data field.

• Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python and Cloud Technologies (AWS in particular).

• Possess a sound understanding of requirements for end-to-end data flows that will enable product and business outcomes.

• Solid understanding of Machine Learning Operations and Model Development Lifecycle.

• Strong understanding of various data analytics, data science, and AI methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.

• Knowledge of data management and data engineering principles.

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
