AI Solutions Analyst

JPtheGeek is seeking a forward-thinking AI Solutions Analyst to join our team in Greenwood, IN. As part of our new AI division, you'll play a key role in helping small to mid-sized businesses implement artificial intelligence solutions that drive real growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure security. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with businesses to assess operations and identify AI opportunities.

• Recommend and implement AI tools that improve efficiency, decision-making, or customer experience.

• Support development and delivery of our AI Profit & Growth Assessment Kit.

• Lead internal and external AI training sessions, demos, and onboarding processes.

• Conduct research on emerging AI platforms and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Document AI strategies, outcomes, and use cases for continual service improvement.

• Work closely with cybersecurity, systems, and marketing teams to ensure secure, integrated deployments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools (e.g., GPT-4, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms).

• Some practical experience deploying AI in a business or academic setting (internships okay).

• Familiar with business processes like sales, marketing, service delivery, or finance and how AI can improve them.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation and improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with small business systems (CRM, PSA, ERP tools).

• Familiarity with data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance.

• Experience with prompt engineering or building custom AI workflows.
