We are seeking a skilled SEO Technical Content Writer to join our growing team based in Indore. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting SEO-driven content that engages key decision-makers such as TA leaders, CTOs, founders, and CHROs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing compelling blogs and landing pages that align with our organic growth goals and resonate with target audiences in the IT Staffing, IT Services, RPO, and GCC domains.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

SEO-Driven Content Creation

• Write 4–5 high-quality, SEO-optimized blog articles daily focused on IT and tech hiring verticals.
• Utilize tools such as GA4, SEMrush, SEOSurfer, and AI writing assistants to enhance search visibility.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to target long-tail, high-intent search terms.
• Apply SEO best practices including internal linking, meta tags, alt texts, and on-page optimization.
• Align all content with Google’s EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines.

Landing Page Optimization

• Collaborate with SEO and growth teams to develop high-conversion landing pages with strong calls-to-action.
• Target commercial keywords like “App Development Services” and “Hire Python Developers” for regions such as the USA, UAE, and India.
• Optimize key page elements like titles, meta descriptions, CTAs, and user-facing content.
• Incorporate case studies, client testimonials, and trust-building elements for improved conversion rates.
• Analyze competitor content and user intent to fine-tune messaging.

AI-Powered Content Strategy

• Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Prompt Expert to generate ideas and speed up content drafts.
• Ensure a credible, informative, and humanized tone in all outputs.
• Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques to increase visibility on AI-powered and voice search platforms.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track and analyze content performance via GA4 and SEMrush.
• Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic growth.
• Regularly update content based on performance insights to maintain or boost rankings.
• Share actionable insights and collaborate with internal teams to evolve the content and SEO strategy.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO content writing, preferably within the B2B tech or IT staffing industry.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Strong command of English with excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of technical content writing, SEO best practices, branding, and content marketing.
• Ability to humanize AI-generated content while adhering to SEO guidelines.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with SEO, marketing, and sales stakeholders.
