iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Data scientist and analytical translator VIE in our General Medicines team, you’ll not only support the data scientist and analytical translator and work cross-functionally to drive excellence of operations and Go-to-Market transformation, but also lead the performance management, fostering a continuous improvement culture and being expert partner for the commercial teams by supporting activation strategies & excellence in execution.

Main responsibilities:
- Build business analytic capabilities to support decision making and resources allocation, mastering data sources to generate ROI insights and feedback to CE & commercial teams.
- Drive sales force & commercial excellence to constantly improve the field force efficiency.
- Challenge the organization to excel / outperform, fostering obsession for growth and continuous improvement culture, driving the Go-to-Market transformation.
- Accelerate the integration of digital and multichannel process within the marketing and commercial teams by providing digital and multichannel expertise.
- Oversee data management and processing to integrate AI tools more efficiently.
- Ensure proper compliance with allocated budgets.
- Work closely together with the Digital specialists in GTMC to ensure maximum synergies cross country, cross franchise and cross GBU.
- Develop and follow-up on KPIs to deliver insights digital assets and initiatives to drive the learning and optimalization.
- Develop capability to provide in depth analysis / calculation support for the GENMED team, transforming KPIs into actionable recommendations.
About you
Experience:
- Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical and/or biotech company would be an advantage.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
Technical and soft skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excell skills.
- Software skills, ability and willingness to adapt to new tools and systems to facilitate the business to reach their goals.
- Strong passion for data and analytics.
- Pro-active attitude, being able to translate strategy to actions.
- Thinking from a customer centric approach.
- Project management skills.
- Clear communication.
- Ability to strive in a fast-changing role where more emphasis will be on Digital within the pharma industry to help the Business in a fast-changing world where the channel mix is changing overtime.
Languages:
- English, French and/or Dutch are a plus.
